It is impossible to contact a human or illicit a response from this place.website two emails do not accept,phone is automated and you are unable to discuss the issue,mail goes unanswered.this is not the way to run anything.people are driven to distraction trying to deal with this.if no star was an option my review would be no star

I went to renew my registration and the website said it was a 'non-renew' item. There was no description, no information, and God forbid a person helps you!

I took my brother to get his mass drivers license he got it and since he was away it expired they gave him the paper license two days later they sent us both 2 fraud letters and the hearing is by phone and you can't upload your Birth Cert SS card and utility bill and my license is suspended for nothing

RENEWED REGISTRATION 2XS WITH TD BANK ACCOUNT IT KEPT SAYING THE ZIP CODE WAS WRONG BUT IT STILL TOOK THE MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT!!! AND USED A DIFFERENT CARD THE 3RD TIME WITH CASH APP ACCOUNT AND THE PAYMENT WENT THROUGH AGAIN. WHEN I CALLED THE RMV THEY TOLD ME TO CALL THE BANK AND WHEN I CALLED THE BANK THEY TOLD ME CALL THE RMV SO BASICALLY I PAID $180.00 TO RENEW MY REGISTRATION WHEN I SHOULD HAVE ONLY PAID $60.00

After filling out what I needed and getting a number and trying to make a phone call it never even dies or doesnt even pick up. This is a complete and total waste of system.

Two tickets within 24 months: first stop sign and second expired registration. Notice comes in the mail that unless I complete TWO FULL DAY IDENTICAL safety courses ($160 each) within 90 days, my license will be suspended.

Then RMV goes ahead and suspends my license BEFORE 90 days passed. WTF is wrong with this agency???

Im out of state havent had a Massachusetts license and I dont know how long havent lived there since before 2011. My license has been flagged. From Boston cant get in contact with anybody there to figure out why

Customer service representative Chantale went out of her way to be rude, condescending, inpatient and belligerent. Any question was imposition, she seemed to actually take pleasure by being disrespectful.
